Meet the Team

Innovation and Operations are our passion and expertise. We spent the last 20 years working and consulting for large organisations in the United States, Canada, Australia, Portugal, Brazil and many other countries.


  • Founder

    Daniel is an Industrial Engineer since 2005 and has an Executive MBA. He dedicated his career to designing and implementing disruptive operational programs.

    With over 20 years of experience in complex consulting projects for large organisations, Daniel has led teams to architect lean and innovative business models. He also serves as faculty on post-graduation courses and co-authored Masaaki Imai’s best-seller book, Gemba Kaizen, 2nd edition.

    Daniel is passionate about helping companies to transform their businesses using lean solutions and strategies. He also dedicates his time to volunteering at digital equity projects and improving healthcare paradigms for NGOs.

  • Founder

    Fabio graduated in Business in 2005 and focused the initial phase of his career in Product and Brand Management, Strategy and Innovation.

    Since 2012, Fabio had roles in Innovation, covering multiple sectors. Recently, he led Innovation for Kmart Australia and the Insights and Innovation group for a large government agency in Australia. As a consultant, Fabio worked with insurance companies, Not-for-profits and Government.

    Fabio has also lectured on Innovation, Design Thinking and Customer Experience at Swinburne and RMIT (Australia).
